The General Department of Traffic’s trainee handbook covers licences, road users, signs, manoeuvres, crossings, speed, overtaking and safe behaviour. The Arabic copy currently hosted by Dallah identifies itself as Version 1, April 2022. The English copy’s later upload directory does not prove a new edition. The introduction distinguishes supplementary reading from knowledge-test content; the whole book should not be treated as a guaranteed question list.
Our six study units
We organise practice into signs and markings; road rules and manoeuvres; priority and intersections; speed, distance and safety; violations and points; and behaviour, emergencies and lights. This is an editorial learning map. Study the rule, its conditions and a practical example in each unit, then use your school’s assigned curriculum to confirm its test coverage.
How our sessions are allocated
A 20-question site session uses a 6/4/3/3/2/2 allocation across those units. The 500-question bank uses 150/100/75/75/50/50. These quantities describe our practice, not official percentages or a prediction of your paper. Timed sessions help you practise reading and decision-making; their format has not been verified as identical to the school test.
Keep rules and sources distinct
Use sign diagrams to establish visible meaning, manufacturer-independent road guidance for safe decisions, and applicable official legal texts for current eligibility and penalties. A consultation draft is not an enacted amendment. If current legal confirmation is unavailable, keep the edition limit explicit rather than silently treating a historical handbook summary as current law. Ask the school for the actual test arrangements.
