How to register
- Go to ETEC's e-services portal (e-services.etec.gov.sa) and open your beneficiary profile, or create an account if you do not have one.
- Register for the subject test in administrative sciences during the announced registration window and pay the fee (SAR 100).
- Your profile shows whether your subject's test is on paper or on computer. After paying you can change or delete the booking up to 72 hours before a paper test, or 48 hours before a computer-based test.
- Sit the test with a valid ID: national ID for Saudis or iqama for non-Saudis, a passport, or a Saudi driving licence. Calculators are not allowed.
- Check your result in your profile once it is announced; it stays valid for five years. The license needs both the subject test and the General Educational Test, its level is set by the lower of the two scores together with your qualification and years of experience, and issuing or upgrading the license costs SAR 100.

Frequently asked questions
How many questions are there in the Administrative Sciences test and how long is it?
75 multiple-choice questions with four options, in 120 minutes (two hours). Calculators are not allowed and the test is in Arabic. Our full mock exam is the same length.
Can I try Teacher License – Administrative Sciences questions for free?
Yes. Free questions: a 10-question diagnostic test covering the main units, no sign-up; at the end we compare your score with the license levels 50 (Practitioner), 70 (Advanced) and 80 (Expert), tell you how many questions you are short of the next level, and show your weakest units. The free practice test page lists the same questions with answers and an explanation for every option. The rest of the questions and the full mock exams come with a pass from SAR 26.
What makes this Teacher License – Administrative Sciences question bank different?
Question bank: full mock exams of 75 questions in 120 minutes, like the real test with a result for every unit, plus 430 explained questions across 6 units, every option explained, a review of your mistakes, and two ways to practise: see the answer right away, or sit a full timed mock. Every question is reviewed and referenced, ready to practise on your phone. Try the free questions and read the explanations before buying full access.
What is the pass mark?
The minimum for a license is 50 (Practitioner Teacher), then 70 for Advanced Teacher and 80 or above for Expert Teacher, under the Professional License Regulations (Article 4). The level uses the lower of your General Educational and subject-specific scores, together with your qualification and years of experience. Scoring is criterion-referenced and wrong answers carry no penalty.
What does the test cover and how is it weighted?
According to the candidate guide: 16 standards in six domains: economics 22.7% (micro, macro and international trade), marketing 21.3%, accounting 17.3%, management 16.1%, financial management 13.3% and teaching methods for administrative sciences 9.3%. That is about 17 questions on economics, 16 on marketing, 13 on accounting, 12 on management, 10 on financial management and 7 on teaching methods.
Does the Administrative Sciences test have calculation questions?
Yes, but only a few, with easy numbers you work out on paper because calculators are not allowed: elasticity of demand and supply, the accounting equation and journal entries, the income statement, financial ratios and the payback period. ETEC's guide gives this example: the price falls from SAR 50 to SAR 40 and quantity demanded rises from 300 to 400, so elasticity is −1 using the formula the guide adopts.
When is the next test?
The next sitting of the subject test is expected in late January 2027. The first 1448 AH sitting ran from 18 to 31 October 2026. Watch ETEC's page for when registration opens.
Is the subject test enough to get the license?
No. The Teachers' Professional License needs two tests: the subject-specific test in your own field and the General Educational Test, which is the same for every subject. Each costs SAR 100, and the level uses the lower of the two scores, so a high score in one does not lift your level above your score in the other.
Is my mock exam score an official result?
No. Scores on this site are for practice only and are not an official result. This site is independent and is not affiliated with ETEC, Qiyas or any government body. They do show where you'd stand if the test were today: the full mock exam has the real question count and time, and your score is split by part of the exam so you can see where you lose points.
How long are the result and the license valid?
A subject-test result stays valid for five years from the date it is announced. The license itself is valid for five years, and you can apply to renew it in its final year, under the Professional License Regulations.
Is this an official site, and how do I pay?
It is an independent site, not part of Qiyas or any government body, and every question is reviewed before it is published. You pay once, with no automatic renewal, through Waffo Pancake (the merchant of record) by Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay or Google Pay, and your statement shows "WAFFO". If you were charged twice or the pass did not open, email support@saudiexams.com.
Study material sample: Management
Summary
The Management unit makes up about 12 of the 75 questions on the Administrative Sciences test and has two sections. The first (standard 6.29.1, about 4 questions) covers the concepts and modern trends of management: what management is and its goals, administrative leadership and its theories, total quality management, and entrepreneurship. The second (standard 6.29.2, about 8 questions) covers management functions and organisational functions: planning, organising, controlling and directing, leadership styles and sources of leader power, managerial communication, then the production and human resources functions and the steps of strategic planning. Questions are mostly definitions, classifications and step orders, and often ask you to tell two close concepts apart.
What the exam focuses on
- Management defined as organised, cooperative effort to reach set goals (indicator 1.1)
- The four management functions and their order: planning, organising, directing, controlling (standard 6.29.2)
- The role of control: making sure work follows the plan and correcting deviations, plus its steps and types (indicator 2.3)
Show 4 more
- The three leadership theories (traits, behaviour, contingency) and the leadership styles (autocratic, democratic, laissez-faire) (indicators 1.2 and 2.5)
- The five sources of leader power, the core leader skills, and the difference between a leader and a manager (indicator 2.5)
- Total quality management (concept, requirements, obstacles) and entrepreneurship with entrepreneur traits (indicators 1.3 and 1.4)
- The elements of communication and what makes it effective, then the production and HR functions and the steps of strategic planning (indicators 2.6 to 2.9)
Common traps
- Mixing up management functions (planning, organising, directing, controlling) with organisational functions (production, marketing, finance, HR). Every manager performs the first set; the second set is the organisation's own activities.
- Confusing leadership theories (trait, behavioural, contingency) with leadership styles (autocratic, democratic, laissez-faire). Theories explain why a leader succeeds; styles describe how the leader deals with subordinates.
- Treating control as punishment or inspection. Its job is to measure actual performance, compare it with the standard and correct deviations; it can happen before, during or after the work.
Show 4 more
- Confusing a leader with a manager: a manager draws authority from a formal position and focuses on systems and procedures; a leader influences others through vision and may hold no formal post.
- Mixing up autocratic (leader alone decides) and laissez-faire (decisions left to subordinates); democratic sits between them, with decisions made together with the group.
- Getting the order of planning or control steps wrong, such as correcting deviations before comparing, or setting goals after choosing an alternative.
- Confusing an entrepreneurial venture (new idea, higher risk, fast growth) with a traditional business (repeats an existing activity at lower risk).
