Who we are

Saudi Exams (saudiexams.com) is an online service. For any question about your data, email support@saudiexams.com.

What we collect

Some features need an account. When you sign in, our sign-in provider Clerk keeps your email address and name; we keep your account ID to recognise you, and the data this service needs as described below.

When you buy a plan, we keep the order number, the plan, the amount, the billing country and the dates of your membership. We never see or store your card number.

Like most websites, our server keeps technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and the page requested) to keep the service secure and fix problems. We keep them only as long as needed for that.

Visitor statistics

We count visits with Umami, which does not use cookies and does not identify you.

We also record which features are used, for example that a conversion finished. We never record the files you upload or the text you type.

Services we use

Clerk handles sign-in and stores your account details.

Waffo Pancake processes payments as the merchant of record; we do not store your card number.

Cloudflare delivers this website and protects it from attacks.

More about this service

To know which ads and links bring visitors, we remember on your device for 30 days how you first reached us: the campaign name in the link (utm parameters) or the name of the website you came from. When you sign in or start a purchase, we keep this with your account so we can tell which campaigns lead to purchases. It never includes your name, email or anything you type, and we do not share it with advertising platforms.

Your choices

Email support@saudiexams.com to ask what data we hold about you, or to correct or delete it.

You can delete your account from your profile, or email us and we will delete it.
