About Saudi Exams: Who We Are and How We Write and Review Questions

Saudi Exams is an independent website that helps you prepare for professional and education exams in Saudi Arabia: accurate information on each exam with its source, explained questions, and mock exams timed like the real test.

An independent website

We are not affiliated with the Education and Training Evaluation Commission (ETEC), Qiyas (the National Center for Assessment), the Financial Academy, the CISI or any government or licensing body, and we cannot register you for any exam. We do not use these bodies' logos, and any score you get here is an estimate of readiness, not an official result.

Who is behind the site

Content is written and reviewed by the Saudi Exams (saudiexams) team. We take each exam's facts from the exam body's official website and published documents, use other reliable sources where needed and name them, and review every question before it is published, linking it to its reference. We are not an official body, and we correct any error reported to us.

How we write and review questions

  • Each exam has two kinds of question, and every question shows its kind: "Past exam questions" were collected from public sources shared among test takers; they were not issued or approved by the exam body. "Practice questions" are written by us on the published exam content.
  • We review every question before it is published, not a sample: we check the answer, update anything that changed with the rules, and explain every option, not just the right one.
  • We link every question to its reference: the article number in the law or regulation, the standard in the standards document, or the page in the official exam guide.
  • Mock exams have the real exam's number of questions and time limit, split across its sections by the weights the exam body publishes, where it publishes them.
  • We do not publish any other organisation's logo or watermark; figures that carry such marks are redrawn.

The full review steps are on how we write and review content.

Where our exam information comes from

  • Fees, dates, number of questions, time and pass marks come from the exam body's official website or published documents, and next to each one we show the source link and the date we last checked it.
  • When the official source does not say something (such as a registration deadline or when results come out) we say so plainly rather than guess. If we pass on something from a news report, we say it is not confirmed by the official body.
  • We re-check each exam's information at least every three months, and whenever the exam body makes a new announcement.

What we do not do

  • We do not promise that you will pass or publish "pass rates"; we give you tools to measure your readiness.
  • We do not publish anything presented as leaked questions from an upcoming exam.

Trust, payment and refunds

Is Saudi Exams (saudiexams) legit? Is it part of Qiyas?

It is an independent exam-practice website. It is not part of the Education and Training Evaluation Commission (Qiyas/ETEC) or any government body, and it cannot register you for the official exam. We review every question before it is published, explain every option and link it to its reference, and take each exam's facts from the official website with the date we last checked them. The review steps are on "How we write and review content".

How do I pay on Saudi Exams, and which cards work?

You pay on a Waffo Pancake checkout page. Waffo Pancake is the merchant of record that processes the site's payments, and we never see your card number. The checkout takes Visa and Mastercard cards, Apple Pay on iPhone and Safari, and Google Pay on Android and Chrome. It does not list mada as a separate method: a mada card that also carries the Visa or Mastercard logo is entered as a normal card, while a mada-only card may not work. The checkout page is in English, and your statement shows "WAFFO" or "WAFFO PANCAKE".

How much does it cost, and does it renew automatically?

A pass covers one exam: 7 days for $7 (about SAR 26), or lifetime access for $9 (about SAR 34) that stays open for as long as the exam is on the site and includes every question we add later. The price is in US dollars and your bank converts it to riyals at its own rate. You pay once: there is no subscription and no automatic renewal, and you can try the free questions before you pay.

Can I get a refund?

We do not promise refunds on a pass once it is bought, except where the law gives you that right, so try the free questions first. If you were charged twice, or you paid and the pass did not open, email support@saudiexams.com with your order number and we fix it by hand: we open the pass or refund the duplicate charge.

Found a mistake?

In the practice area there is a "Report an error" button under every question; the report reaches us with the question number, and we review it and correct or remove the question. You can also email us at the address below. If you hold rights to any content published here and want it removed, email us and we will remove it.
