Who handles payments

Payments for Saudi Exams are processed by Waffo Pancake, the merchant of record. A refund is paid back through Waffo Pancake to the card you used.

When you can get a refund

We do not promise refunds for plans you have bought, except where the law gives you that right.

How to ask

Open the customer portal with the “Manage subscription / purchases” button on our pricing page, or email support@saudiexams.com with your order number.

After a refund

When a refund is approved, the member access that came with that purchase ends.

Changes

When this policy changes, we update this page and the date above.
