Frequently asked questions

Does this content follow the English exam blueprint?

This content follows the Arabic Health Administration Specialist blueprint. Check the language pathway on your booking because the English blueprint differs.

Can I try Health Administration questions for free?

Yes. Free questions: a 10-question diagnostic test covering the main units, no sign-up; at the end we compare your score with the pass mark and show your weakest units. The free practice test page lists the same questions with answers and an explanation for every option. The rest of the questions and the full mock exams come with a pass from SAR 26.

What makes this Health Administration question bank different?

Question bank: full mock exams of 150 questions in 180 minutes, like the real test with a result for every unit, plus 500 explained questions across 7 units, every option explained, a review of your mistakes, and two ways to practise: see the answer right away, or sit a full timed mock. Every question is reviewed and referenced, ready to practise on your phone. Try the free questions and read the explanations before buying full access.

Is this the CPHQ examination?

This is the SCFHS Health Administration Specialist classification examination. CPHQ is a separate certification.

How are mock questions allocated across domains?

The published 2024 Arabic blueprint lists seven domain weights of 25%, 20%, 10%, 25%, 10%, 10% and 5%. These add up to 105%, although its total row says 100%. Our mock exams use a proportional practice allocation of 150 questions: 36, 29, 14, 36, 14, 14 and 7 in domain order. This is our practice allocation, not an SCFHS-approved correction or a guarantee of your exam’s question distribution.

Is this an official site, and how do I pay?

It is an independent site, not part of Qiyas or any government body, and every question is reviewed before it is published. You pay once, with no automatic renewal, through Waffo Pancake (the merchant of record) by Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay or Google Pay, and your statement shows "WAFFO". If you were charged twice or the pass did not open, email support@saudiexams.com.

Summary

Health administrators understand systems through their components, governance and care levels, and assess access, equity, patient rights and continuity during crises. Specific sources accompany the points below.

What the exam focuses on

  • Map problems to the directly affected component while recognizing interdependence. WHO: https://extranet.who.int/nhptool/BuildingBlock.aspx
  • Distinguish strategic direction from powers, structures, intelligence, partnerships and accountability. WHO Strategic framework pp15–16: https://www.who.int/docs/default-source/health-system-governance/strategy-report-engaging-the-private-health-service-delivery-sector-through-governance-in-mixed-health-systems.pdf?download=true
  • Read the source and edition: consent processes here come from the 2019 guide, not a claim about the latest statutory text. https://www.moh.gov.sa/en/Ministry/MediaCenter/Ads/Documents/Saudi-Guidelines-for-Informed-Consent.pdf

Common traps

  • Care level is not established by building name alone: secondary care can be outside hospitals and primary care inside them. WHO ICD guide §2.23.1: https://icdcdn.who.int/icd11referenceguide/en-2025-01/refguide.pdf
  • A national average does not establish fair distribution: examine groups and barriers. WHO Health equity/Data and evidence: https://www.who.int/health-topics/health-equity
  • Connectivity does not establish ability to use the service. WHO Europe digital equity findings 2026: https://www.who.int/europe/news/item/17-03-2026-digital-health-equity-gaps-remain--but-solutions-are-becoming-clearer--new-report-shows
