The Financial Academy lists eight chapters. Governing legislation and finance products each carry 25%; individual customers carry 20%; finance providers carry 10%; the banking system, professional competencies, Islamic finance and financial inclusion each carry 5%. Give the three largest chapters sustained attention, then check that none of the smaller chapters is missing from your revision.
Connect a rule to an actual customer decision
For each product, identify the provider, the customer need, the information that must be disclosed and the conditions attached to the rule. Explain why each alternative answer fails. Separate a fee ceiling from a compulsory fee, a calendar day from a business day, and a customer's request from the date on which a later action starts a deadline.
The reference curriculum is the second edition of May 2025. Some regulatory instruments have since changed. When a question explicitly names a historical edition or dated instrument, use that context. For a question about a later rule, read the named original provision and its effective status rather than transferring an older number. Build a short comparison note only where the distinction affects the answer.
Practise calculations and diagnose mistakes
Work through percentages, income and obligations, early-settlement examples and fee caps with the conditions stated in each case. If a rule says the lower of a percentage and a fixed ceiling, calculate both before choosing. Label VAT treatment when the cited rule distinguishes it. For financial-inclusion statistics, record the year, population and denominator; percentage points and relative percentage growth are different calculations.
Keep an error log with four entries: topic, reason for the error, supporting rule or textbook section, and a new example you can solve without looking. Revisit mistakes after a delay. Repeating an answer from memory is less useful than explaining the condition that changes it.
Rehearse the format and confirm your booking
The listed examination has 100 multiple-choice questions in 120 minutes and a published pass score of 70 marks; its listed language is Arabic. A 120-minute practice gives an average of 72 seconds per question. Practise reading Arabic product and legal terms even when you use English explanations to study. Leave time to revisit uncertain answers.
Before booking or attending, confirm the current fee, identification requirements, permitted equipment and appointment instructions with the Financial Academy. A practice score is feedback for revision; it does not guarantee a result in the actual examination.
