The Retail Banking Fundamentals (RBF / RBFE4) exam is a SAMA-mandated MCQ paper for front-line and customer-care bank staff. Format: 100 single-answer multiple-choice questions, 120 minutes, 75% pass mark, fee SAR 1,000, available in Arabic or English.
