This plan is for candidates whose exam is about 6 weeks away and who have finished the 35 training hours. Start with the 10 free questions to see your level in each domain, then adjust the plan so your weakest domain gets more time.
The six weeks
| Week | Focus | By the end of the week |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Process: project plan and development approach, scope, value-based delivery, resources | A short test on tasks 1 to 4 |
| 2 | Process: procurement, finance and earned value, quality, schedule, status, closure | Practise earned value and critical path calculations until they are routine |
| 3 | People: common vision, conflicts, team leadership, stakeholders, knowledge transfer, communication | First full mock exam |
| 4 | Business Environment: governance, compliance, change, impediments and issues, risk | Review every wrong answer and write down why |
| 5 | Business Environment: continuous improvement, organizational change, external environment, then your weakest domain | Second full mock exam |
| 6 | Your 10 weakest questions and your mistakes list, and a rest day before the exam | Last full mock exam three or four days before your date |
Why Process first
Process is the largest domain at 41%, about 74 questions, and holds almost all the calculations. Business Environment is now 26% in the 2026 version, up from 8%, so do not leave it to the last two days.
How to read a full mock exam
- The full mock exam here has 180 questions in 240 minutes with the same weights, so it trains your timing: about 80 seconds per question.
- Look at your score in each domain before the total, because PMI's result rates each domain separately.
- When the same kind of situation keeps catching you (such as escalating before analysing), that is your fastest gain.
Questions in English and Arabic
On the exam you read each question in English with its Arabic translation. So practise on the English text first here, and switch to Arabic with one tap when you need to check the meaning. Every option is explained in both languages.
